Community

The 193 furnished studio apartments are more than just somewhere to live. They are designed to facilitate concentration in line with the original Latin meaning of the word “studium”. A studio provides the desired privacy for studying and living, while the diverse and open-plan common areas ensure a communal spirit. Of the 20 studio apartments on the ground floor, the ones facing the courtyard have terraces. There are 34 apartments each on the five floors above that and a further three on the sixth floor. All floors can be accessed by elevator. While the standard studio apartment is approx. 21 sqm. in size, larger apartments of up to 38 sqm. are available. The apartments and common areas were laid out according to an overall interior concept designed especially for the young residents of STUDIO HOUSE BERLIN.
