Investa Real Estate is revitalising the original building complex known as Schleissheimer Karree constructed in the 1970s in Schwabing in Munich. The ensemble of buildings covering roughly 32,000 sqm. between Winzerer-, Herzog-, Clemens- and Schleissheimer Straße will be completely renovated and revitalised in two phases. Parts of it will be used for new purposes. In the first – northern – construction phase of the Schwabinger Carré around 15,500 sqm. of prime retail and office space have been created. The Higher Regional and Labour Court (Oberlandes- und Arbeitsgericht) of Munich are also located here.
