The Investa Project Developments- und Verwaltungs GmbH developed in Munich as general contractor for Deutsche Bahn AG (HQ for managing railway traffic). The building on Richelstraße with a gross floor area of altogether 74,800 sqm. includes the central management office and offices for Deutsche Bahn AG.
