Neue Mitte Karlsfeld / Living well in Karlsfeld, Munich

In Karlsfeld near Munich the Investa Real Estate has cooperated with HI Wohnbau to realise a large-scale urban development project.

New living space for families

Modern structures of varying heights will arise on space which has been unused for many years, between Gartenstraße and Pfarrer-Mühlhauser-Straße, reflecting a new open urban architectural plan. The condominiums with 2 to 5 rooms are designed with high-end furnishings, spacious balconies and rooftop terraces. New retail space will be created alongside residential and catering space. Altogether around 22,000 sqm. GFA for living space and 7,300 sqm. GFA for retail space were realised. Already in the contraction phase, the tenants ALDI, Müller drugstore chain and EDKA were acquired as full-range providers. The Steidle Architekten office is responsible for the architecture.
