iCU – Intelligence Cube, Gräfelfing, Munich

The Investa Real Estate realized a new building project with approximately 13,700 sqm. of floor space in an area of 7,500 sqm. in Munich-Gräfelfing. The "Intelligence Cube" is remarkable for its modern, sustainable standards.

Latest sustainability standards

The building is certified according to DGNB as a “green building” and has air-conditioning based on cooling sails and free cooling. The main tenant is Philip Morris which has relocated its headquarters for Germany and Austria from Munich-Sendling to Gräfelfing. The design for the office building "iCU - Intelligence Cube" was developed by the Munich-based architects GSP Architekten.
