Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton, Sonninkanal, Hamburg
Together with the hotel operator Foremost Hospitality, Investa Real Estate is developing two new hotels in Hamburg. On a site of approximately 2,200 sqm. in a prominent location directly on the Sonninkanal, the Hampton by Hilton with 161 rooms and the Holiday Inn Express with 104 rooms are being executed. Responsible for the overall planning and design of this hotel project with a total of 265 rooms in the 3-star segment and a total floor space of around 10,300 sqm. are the architects Marggraf from Stuttgart.
