In cooperation with HI Wohnbau GmbH, Investa Real Estate has realized a lightened residential ambience in the "dahoam" residential quarter with condominiums and terraced houses in the municipality of Vaterstetten, east of Munich. In total, the residential area comprises approx. 27,940 m². Due to the fanned out construction and the "finger streets", the green space is maintained in the structure of "dahoam". The aim of the planning was to give the residents a balanced living atmosphere between city and countryside. Thanks to many green spaces, the residential quarter blends seamlessly into the surrounding meadows and fields. The partially car-free green corridors between the residential buildings ensure peace and quiet and a pleasant degree of privacy.
