Investa Real Estate is developing a hotel for the Foremost Group at Bundesallee 14 / Hohenzollerndamm 1 in Berlin. The property currently houses a former office building constructed in the 1970s. In its place, there will be an elegant 176 room hotel. Eike Becker Architekten is designing the hotel and is ensuring that it successfully incorporates into the established Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. The hotel is in an ideal location around Fasanenplatz in City West and close to the Spichernstrasse Underground station. Completion of the construction project is scheduled for the end of 2022.
