The office and commercial building ACHTUNDEINS with approx. 10,170 m² rental space is being built on Meierottostraße 8 / Pariser Straße 1. The seven-storey building at Spichernstraße underground station - directly opposite the Investment Bank on Bundesallee - will be built according to plans by the renowned architecture firm Eike Becker_Architekten. The finely structured façade made of fibre concrete and aluminium profiles is inspired by textile weaving patterns, which are complemented by generous glass fronts. The building will meet the highest demands for flexibility and sustainability. Certification according to the environmental standard DGNB Gold is aimed for.
