HYBRICK

HYBRICK focuses on hybrid buildings, multiple uses, flexibility and synergetic floor plans. Adapted to the complex needs in the fields of life science, urban production and modern working environments, the focus is on conception and realization adapted to the requirements of knowledge and research-intensive industries.

HYBRICK Berlin is an important part of the quarter development Marienpark in the south of Berlin. Modern industry is being developed there within the framework of historic building stock and natural spaces with high recreational potential. The five-story new building forms a landmark in the quarter and leaves a lasting impression. The terrace extends across the entire front of the building. The new building opens up to the neighborhood square in a welcoming gesture. It is the first hybrid building of this kind by the Investa Holding GmbH subsidiary. In future, new buildings are planned in other cities.
