The Gesundheitszentrum Giesing Süd, the second healthcare center developed by the Investa Real Estate, with floor space of 4,500 sqm. was completed in 2014. The Munich architects’ office Steidle Architekten was responsible for planning the overall design. With perfect connections to local public transport and its central location, Giesing has established itself in recent years as a prime location for medical care.
