Investa Real Estate has been developing commercial and residential construction projects since 1972. In these 50 years, the company has generated a volume of over 5 billion euros. All projects have been successfully concluded under our full responsibility. The focus is always on the partnership and the balance between the different stakeholders.

SERVICES

Investa Real Estate performs the entire range of project development services along the value-added chain – from obtaining building permits to procedures for development planning to construction and marketing. The group of clients interested thus extends from institutional investors and large enterprises to small companies, physicians and private individuals. Investa Real Estate employs a team of experienced engineers and technical experts for construction management who manage the entire process of planning and implementation on site. The team boasts experience in a variety of types of use, in particular the specific requirements of hotels, laboratory or production areas.
