CAMPUS VIVA HEIDELBERG, STUDENT RESIDENCE, HEIDELBERG
Under the brand “Campus Viva” Investa Real Estate constructed a housing complex at the new Zollhofgarten in Heidelberg with 349 student apartments/micro-apartments.
The property was built on a lot of around 3,500 sqm. known as “Baufeld Z6” with a total GFA of roughly 15,000 sqm. The housing units, each with approximately 20 to 38 sqm. floor space were built already furnished. Facilities for joint use were also created (lounge, fitness room, laundry, kitchen). The architectural plan was developed by GSP Architekten in Munich. Interior design was done by IAM, Munich.
