FORCKENBECKSTRAßE BERLIN | MAXIMILIANS-QUARTIER

In a joint venture with Baywobau, Investa Real Estate is developing a new construction project with 253 rental flats along with a commercial unit in the new Maximilians-Quartier of Berlin. A total of approximately 1,000 condominiums, rental flats as well as price-controlled housing and a day-care center will be built in the district of Schmargendorf, in the south-western district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf.

The project will be comprised of about 18,200 square meters of rental space distributed over 10 buildings along with an underground car park with 150 parking spaces. The residential complex was sold to a German pension fund via the investment platform, LUWIN Real Estate Managers, at the start of construction, which began in June 2019. The residential buildings will be handed over to LUWIN in mid-2022 when complete and ready for occupancy.
